Dundee City Council has agreed a report on review of polling places which addresses access to buildings and parking for voters with disabilities.
Equality and Diversity Training
During 2009, the Dundee Partnership funded equalities training for key staff across partner agencies. Avante Consulting were commissioned to deliver the training which took place in June 2009. The training comprises two half day Equalities Awareness Raising sessions and one full day of training on approaches to Equality Impact Assessment. The information provided by Avante Consulting at these events has now been available as an information resource to the whole Partnership.
