Dundee Local Development Plan Consultation

Main Issues Report and Draft Environmental Report Consultation

Dundee City Council is currently preparing a new Local Development Plan which will guide future development in the City. As part of this process they need the public to have their say on a number of main issues.

The Main Issues Report and Draft Environmental Report of The Local Development Plan have been published. The Main Issues Report identifies Issues which are to be considered during the production of a Proposed Local Development Plan and sets out Dundee City Council’s currently preferred option. It is not anticipated that significant new issues will be raised at the later stages and therefore it is vital that communities and individuals make their views known at this stage in the process.

The Consultation is being undertaken and representations are sought via the online questionnaire on the Dundee City Council website: www.dundeecity.gov.uk/localdevplan

The Consultation period begins at 12:00hrs on 10 October 2011 and ends at 12:00hrs on Friday 2 December 2011

Should you have any difficulty accessing the Reports or questionnaire please contact localdevplan@dundeecity.gov.uk with your request for assistance or further information. Please note that requests for an extension to the closing date for submissions cannot be accepted.
